Preview Terms
A private preview lets you see a Showroom before it is published or before you decide to buy. By opening a preview, you agree to these terms. They are part of our Terms of Service.
For your eyes only
A preview is confidential and for evaluation only. It is shared with the email address we invited and no one else. Please do not:
- share your access, forward the preview or show it publicly;
- record, screenshot or download it for distribution;
- copy, scrape, save or reverse engineer its design, code or effects;
- use it, or anything based on it, without an active Orbitrine plan.
Identified and logged
Every preview shows the name or email of the person invited and the date, as a watermark. We record when it is opened (email, date and time, and a scrambled version of the IP address) to protect our work.
Expiration
Each preview has an end date. After it expires, access closes automatically. If you need more time, just ask.
Who owns what
Your photos and texts remain yours. The design, layout, effects and software of the preview belong to Orbitrine. A preview is not a license to use them.
Free previews
A free preview creates no obligation to buy. If you decide not to continue, we delete the photos you sent within 30 days of your request, or automatically after 60 days.
If these terms are broken
We may revoke access immediately and take any steps the law allows to protect our work.
