Acceptable Use
Orbitrine builds Showrooms for real work by real people. This policy lists what may not appear on a Showroom we build or host. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Not allowed
- Counterfeits and replicas: fake or reproduction trading cards, autographs, memorabilia, jewelry, watches, designer goods or art presented as genuine.
- Items you have no right to sell, including stolen goods.
- Infringing content: photos, artwork, logos or text you do not own or have permission to use.
- Illegal goods or services, or anything that breaks federal, Florida or local law.
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives, and parts or instructions for making them.
- Drugs and drug paraphernalia, including prescription medicines, and tobacco, nicotine or vaping products.
- Sexual or adult content, and any content that sexualizes or exploits minors.
- Hate, harassment or violence: content that attacks people for who they are or threatens anyone.
- Gambling, lotteries or paid sweepstakes.
- Other people's personal information published without their consent.
- Deceptive claims: false grades, editions, materials, provenance or results.
- Malicious code, phishing or spam.
- Recalled or unsafe products.
Accurate descriptions
If you list a grade, edition, certificate, material or provenance, it must be true and verifiable. Name a third-party grader or certifier only when the item really was graded or certified by them.
Brands and trademarks
You may describe an item truthfully, including the brand of a genuine item. Do not use other companies' logos or names in a way that suggests they endorse you.
What we do
If we believe content breaks this policy, we may ask you to change it, remove it, or suspend or end the Services, as described in our Terms. Where the law requires it, we may report illegal activity.
Reporting
To report content on a Showroom we host, email service@orbitrine.com with the web address and a short description. For copyright claims, follow our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
